The magnet and impeller of the brushless DC magnetic drive pump are injected into one to form the rotor of the motor. There is a directly injection molded shaft sleeve in the middle of the rotor, which is fixed in the housing through a high-performance ceramic shaft. The stator and circuit board of the motor are sealed in the pump body with epoxy resin adhesive. There is a thin wall isolation between the stator and rotor, which does not require traditional mechanical shaft seals, making it completely sealed. The torque of the motor is generated by the magnetic field generated by the coil on the silicon steel sheet (stator), which drives the permanent magnet (rotor) to work and operate. Perform n (n is an even number) level magnetization on the magnet to form a complete coupled magnetic system of the magnet parts. When the magnetic poles generated by the stator coil are opposite to the magnetic poles of the magnet, that is, the displacement angle between the two magnetic poles Φ= At this point, the magnetic energy of the magnetic system is the lowest; When the magnetic poles rotate to the same pole relative to each other, that is, the displacement angle between the two magnetic poles Φ= At 2 π/n, the magnetic energy of the magnetic system is at its maximum. After removing the external force, due to the mutual repulsion between the magnetic poles of the magnetic system, the magnetic force will restore the magnet to the state with the lowest magnetic energy. So the magnet moves, driving the magnetic rotor to rotate.

Brushless DC water pumps use electronic commutation, eliminating the need for carbon brushes. Both the magnet rotor and stator silicon steel sheet have a multi-stage magnetic field. When the magnet rotor rotates at an angle relative to the stator, it automatically changes the direction of the magnetic poles, keeping the rotor in the same level of repulsion, thus making the brushless DC magnetic isolation pump have higher speed and efficiency.

The stator and rotor of the magnetic isolation pump are completely isolated, completely avoiding the liquid leakage problem of traditional motor type brushless DC water pumps. And it can be fully submerged and completely waterproof, effectively improving the service life and performance of the pump.

Advantages: Long lifespan, low noise can reach below 35dB, and can be used for hot water circulation. The stator and circuit board of the motor are sealed with epoxy resin and completely isolated from the rotor, which can be installed underwater and completely waterproof. The shaft of the water pump is made of high-performance ceramic shaft, with high accuracy and good seismic resistance.
